| Description: | Responsible for account follow-up for all assigned accounts. Resolve billing problems and answer patient inquiries. Set up finanical arrangements as needed. Use collection techniques to keep accounts receivable current, including monitoring for delinquent accounts. |
| Qualifications: | High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years experience in a medcial business office setting with insurance processing and balancing responsiblitilities. DSHS experience preferred. |
